SharePoint intranet solutions, mapped to your role.
Involv turns the Microsoft 365 you already pay for into an intranet employees actually use. Start from your situation rather than our feature list: pick your role or your sector below and see what that looks like in practice.
Which of these is the one costing you most?
Most intranet projects begin with a symptom, not a shopping list. Recognise yours, and the right starting point follows.
Nobody can find anything
Policies, procedures and contacts are spread across sites and inboxes, and nobody is sure which version is current.
Half the workforce is unreachable
Shop floor, care teams, site crews and shift workers have no fixed PC, so internal news simply never arrives.
It exists, but nobody uses it
An intranet was built, content went stale, and there is no way to show what reach or engagement actually looks like.
IT will not sign off on another platform
Another external system means another data location, another login and another attack surface to defend.

Involv is built on the SharePoint you already have. There is no migration, no second platform and no data leaving your organisation — which is usually the point where IT stops objecting.
- All content and permissions stay in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, under Entra ID
- Nothing is hosted outside your tenant, so there is no extra data location to defend
- QuickStart gives you a fixed scope and a fixed date — live in 4 weeks
- Updates and maintenance are handled by Involv, not by your IT team
Questions we get at this point
Should I start from the role pages or the sector pages?
Start from whichever describes your problem more sharply. The role pages explain what Involv changes for internal communications, HR, IT and management. The sector pages deal with the constraints of healthcare, construction, education, banking and public administration, and each one names a comparable organisation. Both routes lead to the same product.
We already run SharePoint. Does Involv replace it?
No. Involv is built on SharePoint Online and adds an intranet layer on top of the Microsoft 365 environment you already have. There is no migration and no parallel platform to maintain.
Where does our data live?
Inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, governed by Entra ID. Content and permissions never leave your organisation, and nothing is hosted externally by Involv.
How quickly can we be live?
Involv QuickStart runs to a fixed scope and a fixed timeline and takes four weeks from kick-off to launch. Larger rollouts with more tailoring take longer, and we scope that before you commit.
Is Involv a fit if we are not on Microsoft 365?
No. Involv runs inside Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. If your organisation is not on Microsoft 365, or if you want an intranet hosted outside your own tenant, Involv is not the right answer.
Not sure which route fits?
Show us your situation in 30 minutes and we will tell you which starting point makes sense — including when the answer is that Involv is not the fit.
