Involv intranet is built directly on Microsoft 365. SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, OneDrive and the Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) work together immediately through the same identity and permission structure. You can also embed Power BI dashboards directly on the intranet.
Does Involv intranet work inside Microsoft Teams?
Yes. You open your entire intranet as a tab in Microsoft Teams: news, documents and the people directory are there without switching windows. Employees keep working in the environment they already use every day, with the same Microsoft sign-in and the same permissions.
Does everyone sign in with the same Microsoft login (SSO)?
Yes. Access runs through Microsoft Entra ID, the same identity as the rest of your Microsoft 365 environment. No separate password, no duplicate user management: roles and permissions follow your existing Active Directory automatically, so everyone only sees what they may access.
Can I also connect apps outside Microsoft 365?
