Challenges
AZ Klina’s existing intranet was built on SharePoint 2013. This version had reached end of life and no longer met the expectations of a modern healthcare institution. The structure needed to be modernized, with a focus on recognizability, ease of use, and integration with other systems.
Choosing Involv
AZ Klina deliberately chose Involv for our expertise, structured project approach and customer-focused mindset. Involv developed a completely new intranet based on SharePoint Online, with Active Directory integration for secure, personalized access. The new environment was tailored to internal operations, featuring a central homepage, a dynamic “Who’s Who,” departmental sites, news management, and a powerful search function. Thanks to Involv’s configurable web parts, all of this was achieved without custom development.
Support and Collaboration
The project was approached in phases, with interactive workshops, demonstrations and intensive support tailored to IT, communication and HR. Despite a longer lead time to accommodate internal priorities, Involv remained closely involved and available throughout. Our project manager served as a dedicated single point of contact (SPOC) and ensured follow-up, knowledge sharing and practical support – from configuration to content creation and training.
