An Involv Partner combines our product expertise with local knowledge. They understand your language, culture and sector, and can support you on-site. Involv delivers and maintains the platform; your partner tailors it to your organization and helps ensure employees actually use it.
You pay the same Involv license fee as you would directly with us. Separately, you pay your partner for their services (such as configuration, training, governance, adoption, and change management). This creates a clear distinction between the product cost (Involv) and the project services (partner).
Your partner is your main contact for functional support, training and continuous improvements. Involv provides product updates, technical maintenance and second-line support to the partner when needed. You get local guidance backed by a solid, evolving platform.
