No. Involv doesn’t replace SharePoint or Microsoft 365, it builds on top of them. You keep your M365 environment, content and governance, and Involv simply turns it into a modern, user-friendly intranet.

Involv is deployed inside your Microsoft 365 tenant and uses SharePoint Online for storage. This means your data, permissions, and governance remain fully under your control and follow Microsoft’s security and access standards. Nothing is hosted externally.
Yes. Because Involv is built directly on top of your Microsoft 365/SharePoint environment, all M365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive etc.) connect natively through the same identity, permissions, and content platform.
